Core Responsibilities

Customer Service & Operations:

• Greet and assist customers professionally
• Handle cash transactions and coffee service (Barista)
• Maintain clean shop environment
• Manage customer queries and complaints
• Promote special offers and update displays

Stock Management:

• Maintain shelf stock levels and product displays
• Conduct stock rotation and pricing
• Participate in inventory counts
• Process stock orders

Food Service:

• Prepare food items per standard recipes
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness standards
• Suggest alternative products when needed

Safety Compliance:

• Maintain 90%+ audit compliance score
• Ensure proper staff uniform adherence
• Implement health/safety regulations

Candidate Requirements

• Matric certificate (essential)
• Customer service certification (preferred)
• Retail/store experience advantageous
• Basic numeracy and communication skills
• Availability for shift work
