Position Summary

Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent

Location: Gauteng Province

Experience Level: Senior Management (5+ years leadership experience)

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field

Essential Qualifications

  • Nyukela Certificate for Senior Management Service
  • Valid proof of senior management training completion
  • Strong background in public sector financial regulations (PFMA, PPPFA, BBBEE)
  • Preferred: Postgraduate qualification (NQF 8) in relevant discipline

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic supply chain management policies
  • Oversee R2 billion+ procurement operations and contract management
  • Lead cross-functional teams (Bid Committees, Logistics, Asset Management)
  • Ensure compliance with National Treasury regulations and audit requirements
  • Manage departmental budget allocation and resource optimization
