Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Auditing (Master’s preferred)

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Internal Audit
- Professional certification (CIA/PIA) advantageous
- 5+ years internal audit experience (water sector/local government experience preferred)
- Valid driver’s license required
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead internal audit functions including compliance and forensic investigations
- Develop strategic audit plans and quality assurance programs
- Coordinate with internal/external assurance providers
- Manage audit sub-directorate operations
- Support Audit Committee with quarterly reporting
