Position: Director – Health Promotion
Employment Type: Full Time
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Social/Health Sciences or Education
(Master’s degree preferred)
Experience Needed: 5+ years at Middle/Senior Management level

Key Qualifications
- Expertise in health promotion or public health initiatives
- Understanding of school health programs and adolescent SRHR
- Experience managing psychosocial support services for youth
- Knowledge of HIV/TB prevention strategies in educational settings
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for health promotion programs
- Manage prevention initiatives for HIV, TB, and teenage pregnancy
- Develop school-based sexual/reproductive health programs
- Oversee psychosocial support services in schools
- Coordinate with provincial departments and partner organizations
- Monitor program effectiveness and resource allocation
