Program Overview
GIBB Engineering & Architecture is a leading multi-disciplinary firm with 67% Black ownership and extensive experience across Africa. Through the YES (Youth Employment Service) Programme, we provide unemployed youth with workplace experience while developing skills to improve long-term employability.
Role Purpose
- Participate in business-led initiative reducing youth unemployment through skills development
- Gain practical administrative experience in professional engineering environment
- Minimum requirement: National Diploma in Administration with strong MS Word/Excel skills
Candidate Requirements
- South African citizen (born in South Africa)
- Aged 18-35 years
- Currently unemployed and available for 12-month contract
- No previous participation in YES programme
- Proficient computer literacy
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Proven responsibility and integrity
