Position Details

• 📍 Location: Clayville, Gauteng
• 📅 Employment Type: Full Time (6-day work week)
• 🎓 Requirements: Matric + Millwright Certification (ND Mechanical/Electrical Engineering advantageous)
• 💼 Experience: 5+ years in FMCG maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment including pasteurizers, homogenizers, and filling lines
• Execute precision repairs on rotary mixing systems and CIP equipment
• Conduct HAZOP/RCM analyses for optimal plant performance
• Manage workshop operations adhering to 5’S and GMP standards
• Implement proactive maintenance strategies

Candidate Requirements

• Trade-tested Millwright certification
• Proven troubleshooting skills with technical systems
• Capacity for shift work and emergency callouts
• Strong grasp of mechanical/electrical schematics
• SAQCC registration (advantageous)
