Minimum Requirements
- 3-year bachelor’s degree/diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Essential Skills & Knowledge
- Understanding of Local Government financial systems and standards
- Working knowledge of PFMA, GRAP, and Treasury Regulations
- Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement processes including goods receipt/dispatch
- Monitor supplier deliveries to ensure timeline compliance
- Support tender administration and bidding procedures
- Coordinate advertising of procurement opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of requisitions and purchase orders
- Assist with asset delivery monitoring and reconciliation
