Position Details

Position Level: D3 1st Notch
Salary: R541,389.82 per annum (Includes benefits package)

Requirements

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Trade Test qualification in Civil/Construction (NQF Level 4)
  • 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in operational planning and progress reporting
  • Communicate project details to residents and stakeholders
  • Conduct quality inspections and site evaluations
  • Supervise contractor performance and work standards
  • Resolve escalated public queries and complaints
  • Review and approve project documentation
