Core Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Provide expert product guidance and solutions
- Resolve customer concerns effectively
Store Operations
- Maintain organized product displays per layout plans
- Ensure accurate shelf pricing and labeling
- Manage stock rotation and storage safety
Facility Maintenance
- Keep assigned areas clean and hazard-free
- Complete maintenance checklists for staff facilities
Candidate Requirements
- South African ID or valid work authorization
- Proficiency in English and local language
- Numerical literacy for basic calculations
- Flexibility for shift work including weekends
- Physical capability for Retail environment tasks
Safety Compliance
- Adhere to all occupational safety regulations
- Monitor and report potential workplace hazards
- Maintain merchandise safety standards
