Position Details

• Experience Required: 1 year (entry-level candidates considered)

Core Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Provide expert product guidance and solutions
• Resolve customer concerns effectively

Store Operations

• Maintain organized product displays per layout plans
• Ensure accurate shelf pricing and labeling
• Manage stock rotation and storage safety

Facility Maintenance

• Keep assigned areas clean and hazard-free
• Complete maintenance checklists for staff facilities

Candidate Requirements

• South African ID or valid work authorization
• Proficiency in English and local language
• Numerical literacy for basic calculations
• Flexibility for shift work including weekends
• Physical capability for Retail environment tasks

Safety Compliance

• Adhere to all occupational safety regulations
• Monitor and report potential workplace hazards
• Maintain merchandise safety standards
