Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage Principal’s calendar and confidential meeting coordination
  • Handle parent-principal communications
  • Organize staff appraisal meetings

Operations Management

  • Coordinate school events from planning to execution
  • Oversee office administration including reception and supplies
  • Manage school photography sessions and excursion logistics

HR Administration

  • Support recruitment processes and onboarding
  • Maintain HR documentation accuracy
  • Assist with performance management systems

Required Competencies

  • Strong written/verbal communication (English)
