The South African Revenue Service (SARS) is the nation’s tax authority responsible for administering tax collection, customs services, and revenue management. We seek a skilled professional to join our Technical Enablement division as a Junior Revenue Analyst in Gauteng.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for revenue forecasting and compliance strategies
- Integrate data from multiple business units for accurate analysis
- Conduct trend analysis and scenario modeling to support decision-making
- Maintain data security protocols for sensitive taxpayer information
- Automate reporting processes and improve analytical frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align analytics with operational needs
Requirements
Option 1:
Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Mathematics/Statistics/Data Analytics + 5-7 years experience (including 2-3 years at Specialist level)
Option 2:
Senior Certificate (NQF 4) + 10 years relevant experience
