Core Responsibilities
Supply Chain Management
- Implement procurement plans and demand management systems
- Manage tender processes from specification to adjudication
- Administer contract registers and supplier performance monitoring
Asset & Fleet Management
- Maintain GRAP-compliant asset registers
- Coordinate annual asset verification and disposal processes
- Oversee vehicle fleet maintenance and reporting
Financial Governance
- Prepare supply chain payments and financial reports
- Support annual financial statement preparation
- Ensure PFMA and Treasury Regulation compliance
Essential Requirements
- Proven public sector procurement experience
- Working knowledge of:
- Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)
- Government procurement systems (EPS, CSD)
- MS Office advanced skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Fleet management experience
- Financial system implementation knowledge
