Position Overview:

Full-time role for a detail-oriented professional to support our sales operations and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Administration: Manage Pandadoc system and quotation follow-ups
  • Team Support: Assist sales reps with quotes, order tracking, and inter-department coordination
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, stock movement analysis, and client expenditure breakdowns
  • Inventory Control: Oversee stock dispatch/receiving and forecasting

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate essential
  • Proven experience in:
    • Stock control systems
    • Sales administration
    • Customer relationship management
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Bilingual communication abilities (written/verbal)
