Position Overview:
Full-time role for a detail-oriented professional to support our sales operations and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Administration: Manage Pandadoc system and quotation follow-ups
- Team Support: Assist sales reps with quotes, order tracking, and inter-department coordination
- Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, stock movement analysis, and client expenditure breakdowns
- Inventory Control: Oversee stock dispatch/receiving and forecasting
Requirements:
- Matric certificate essential
- Proven experience in:
- Stock control systems
- Sales administration
- Customer relationship management
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Bilingual communication abilities (written/verbal)
