Senior Artisan (Electrical) – Villiersdorp

Location: Western Cape, Overberg District
Job Type: Full Time
Experience: 3-5 years post-apprenticeship
Qualifications: Matric + Trade Test Certificate (Electrician)

Requirements:

• Valid Code C driver’s license with PrDP
• Proven experience in electrical network maintenance
• Fluency in 2 official Western Cape languages (English/Afrikaans/Xhosa)
• Strong leadership and safety compliance skills
• Ability to work standby duties and overtime

Required Documentation:

• Certified N3 Electrical Trade Certificate
• Certified driver’s license & PrDP copy
• Certified ID document

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high/low voltage networks in Villiersdorp
• Supervise technical teams and manage resources
• Conduct electrical system testing and fault-finding
• Coordinate with Eskom and manage consumer queries
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain street lights, transformers, and pump stations
