Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • 2+ years travel management experience
  • Public sector operational knowledge including:
    • Public Finance Management Act
    • Treasury Regulations & Instructions
  • Proficiency in:
    • Document verification
    • Travel coordination systems
    • Financial administration

Core Responsibilities

  • Process travel authorization documents (VA26A forms)
  • Coordinate with travel service providers and management companies
  • Verify compliance with financial regulations
  • Maintain traveler profiles and records
  • Manage payment processing through BAS system
  • Generate daily travel and accommodation reports
  • Maintain document filing system by cost center
